match key, duty fields, internal owner, and willingness to use licensed review for claim-facing work. If those
items are missing, the right output is usually a data-readiness gap memo, not a recovery estimate.

Public forms collect non-confidential fit information only. Real source records move only after scope, payment,
file-sharing authority, secure intake route, storage owner, and source inventory method are confirmed. Each file
should be traceable to a source system, internal owner, export date, period covered, and version note.
