Privacy
Do not send sensitive files before secure intake is confirmed.
Trade Recovery Data is designed around controlled source-file intake. Real client records should not be sent until the intake route, permissions, and scope are confirmed in writing.
Information requested during fit check
- Business contact information.
- Role and authority to discuss import/export records.
- High-level source-system availability.
- Whether import/export records appear to share a matching key.
Information not requested before secure intake
- No real import entries.
- No broker portal exports.
- No invoices, SKU files, BOMs, or shipment records.
- No confidential client files by ordinary email unless a confirmed secure route exists.
Form submission handling
Intake and fit-call form submissions are routed to AreaNova Group LLC / Trade Recovery Data for review by the practice only. Submissions are used to evaluate fit, coordinate a call, and determine whether secure-intake instructions are appropriate.
Non-confidential form submissions are retained for up to 90 days unless a longer retention period is needed for an active engagement, required business record, dispute, legal obligation, or security review. Do not include source files, credentials, broker exports, invoices, SKU files, BOMs, shipment records, or customer/vendor files in public forms.
